If a verified technical failure on our side makes the service unusable for more than 30 minutes, the affected hours are refunded in full.
Opening a room requires the host to confirm that participants have been informed and consented. Guest links carry one-time tokens that expire when the room ends.
Raw audio is automatically deleted within 24 hours. We do not use customer conversations to train public models.
All AI output is draft information: prices, quantities, lead times, payment terms and certifications must be confirmed by both parties on the original wording shown on screen.
